Very small rooms, very old and outdated. Also, no sink in the bathroom. Had alot of trouble closing the door ? Other than that, staff were friendly (Over the phone as, never met them as was out of hours) Least got to sleep was quite.
Wonderful place to stay. Lovely barbie/pool /playground area. Well maintained garden. Only disappointment was the fact the cafe wasnt open, as wasnt impressed with Angastons eating places at night.
A great refitted old style motel. Very comfortable at a reasonable price. Lovely friendly host as well!

It might be budget accommodation, but the rooms are adequately sufficient in providing simple comforts. Great for a good night's rest, reset and recharge.Saturday morning farmers markets straight across the road is perfect for a good start for the weekend.
